Role & Responsibilities

  • To work closely with the regional Service Sales Manager, service coordinator and other channels like Service, sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to initiate end to end conversion process of T&M and Spares in time.

  • Support internal Sales channels with timely price information, quotations.

  • Responsible for Initiating sales in spares and T&M and get orders in time.

  • Responsible for execution of T&M and Spares orders thru help of Operations team.

  • Customer interaction and follow up on Value Added services like – qualification, calibration orders.

  • Ensure compliance of corporate policies, procedures & standards

Candidate Requirement: -Education & Experience levels:

Any Graduate or Postgraduate with 3+ years of relevant experience

Nature of experience : Inside Sales/Remote Sales, Service sales support function, Backend operations with customer interaction.

Skills:

  • Customer centric, highly motivated, Analytical skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Good Communication and Sales Skills is a must.

  • Should appreciate commercial acumen in every day work affair.

  • Multitasking, Ability to work under pressure and Prioritize work as per business demand especially during quarter ends.

Knowledge Required:

  • Knowledge of SAP or any other CRM,MS Excel is an added advantage.

  • Prior experience in Healthcare, Pharma or similar Industry / domain is an added advantage.
