Wells Fargo Executive Director, Corporate Risk Talent Development Program Manager (Business Execution Senior Manager) in Bengaluru, India

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility

  • Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives

  • Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans

  • Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement

  • Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables

  • Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk

  • Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business

  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution

  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 3+ years Management or leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing and scaling early talent development programs

  • Proven experience building strong relationships with stakeholders and gaining strategic alignment to support program goals and activities

  • Proven experience working with a global team and operating in a matrixed management structure

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences effectively.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, evolving work environment

  • Ability to work effectively across large, complex organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability and partnership building are critical

  • Ability to balance attention to detail with strategic thinking

  • Experience coaching and developing teams to effectively prioritize work, achieve goals, and perform effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams

  • Knowledge and/or experience in financial services industry

Job Expectations:

  • Lead and expand our Corporate Risk early talent initiatives in India. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and attention to detail, strong stakeholder relationship management skills, and a passion for early talent. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can build alignment across competing priorities, drive program excellence, and enhance the program participant experience.

  • Lead and develop a team of Early Talent program participants and Business Execution Consultants, providing mentorship and career development opportunities.

  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership for the full-time rotational Quantitative Analytics Program and its summer internship.

  • Plan, design, and launch the Corporate Risk Development Program in 2026.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, functional managers, and campus recruiting to drive consensus across diverse groups.

  • Partner with global leaders to ensure the India-based program cohort aligns with the established U.S. framework while adapting to regional needs.

  • Collaborate with recruiting team to design and execute an effective campus hiring strategy to attract and retain top-tier talent.

  • Establish and maintain communication and feedback channels with program participants, functional managers, and leaders to promote program adoption and to continuously refine and improve the program

  • Develop and deliver structured onboarding training, high-value rotational assignments, and meaningful development and networking experiences to support early talent participants in their transition from classroom to corporate.
