If you have love and appreciation for the youngest learners, you might be a fit for Toddler Teacher. As a teacher you ll help develop the classroom environment; you ll plan and implement daily activities and assessments; you ll observe and record child development and behaviors; and you ll work side-by-side with a teacher s assistant, an aide, and volunteers in the classroom. You ll need a minimum of a Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA); or a 2- or 4-year degree in Early Childhood Education; or a degree in a related field, with early childhood teaching experience.
