As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will work with our product and sales leaders to develop our customer engagement strategy and messaging for T-Mobile's Fintech portfolio. By deeply understanding our business goals, market position, and offerings, you will influence the end-to-end customer experience, define our lifecycle strategy and deliver engagement messaging/content to drive benefits awareness and increase usage. We are looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager who has a curiosity about partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver content that clearly demonstrates our customer value. The role requires a person who is technically-oriented, with strong communication skills. You will craft content/messages that reinforce the value customers receive and create engagement strategies across our owned channels to drive customer satisfaction and deliver on our business objectives. Your experience will help us accelerate growth even faster, and your tenacious approach to taking inquisitive risks, trying new things, and iterating will help us deliver on our goals with start-up speed. Core objectives and responsibilities: Create engagement and lifecycle strategies that reinforce the value and simplicity of our Fintech portfolio to drive satisfaction and deliver significant revenue. Define our customer messaging/notifications strategy to guide and educate customers, drive awareness of their personalized benefits, and increase usage and retention. Partner with our product team and partners to deliver simplified and clear customer experiences across our portfolio Support the Fintech team with launch planning and execution of the commercial release of a product Provide market and customer insights to drive the development of campaign strategies that drive product retention Monitor and report on the performance of products in the market and communicate the results of related marketing efforts through regular business reviews (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs) Works with our external Fintech partners to gain alignment on marketing plans and appropriate approvals on all campaign creative/tactics Partners with internal and external legal/compliance teams to ensure marketing messaging and campaigns are aligned with regulatory requirements. Works closely with leadership across commercial and brand functions to align campaign plans/priorities and orchestrate teams/resources to bring plans to market on time/on budget. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Characteristics: A passionate marketer capable of leading lifecylce and engagement strategy, end to end campaign development, segmentation, targeting, etc. in a multi-channel environment. Customer obsessed with a strong technical foundation to help influence the product workstream, customer experiences and prioritize activities based on our business objectives and customer impact. Able to work in ambiguity, yet look for, and gain clarity. Creative to find solutions when the process fails or something changes. Comfortable thinking outside of the box and suggesting solutions or processes that may be outside the current working model. Experienced in data driven marketing techniques and applying consumer insights to improve campaign targeting, delivery and performance.
