To make a real impact on our customers' and employees lives by guiding the development of an innovative Oracle ERP implementation at T-Mobile, including leading the conversion from an existing ERP to an Oracle suite of products. Experience with Oracle Financials or similar ERP systems is highly desirable. You'll be the innovator behind our internal and external products, platforms, and services, crafting them from initial concept to final launch and beyond! Your expertise in Oracle Financials (ERP) will be instrumental in leading the implementation and migration process, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal utilization of Oracle Financials applications. Job Responsibilities: Owns product end to end for products or features with high levels of complexity and scope. This includes crafting, managing, maintaining, and communicating product vision and strategy including technical vision and capabilities. Partner with business, internal/external collaborators, and leadership to understand the current customer experience using Oracle and identify areas of opportunity to improve features during conversion and implementation. Conducts analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify product innovation opportunities or root cause of issues, and assess opportunity size and impact. May work with data scientists to answer sophisticated questions or identify meaningful insights from data.. Leads conversion from SAP based systems to Oracle product suite, and helping partners work efficiently with new features. Customer Evangelist Build, lead, develop an active VOC feed for themselves and team. Actively looks for opportunities to delight or meet customer's unmet needs. Evangelizes and advocates for the customer both internally (IC through C level) and externally, perpetuating the customer-first demeanor. Product Execution & Technical Delivery Translates product strategy into detailed features and user stories for Dev teams, including crafting prototypes.
