Devices & Services Trust, Privacy and Accessibility (TPA) organization is responsible for maintaining and raising the trust bar for Amazon customers across a diverse set of 30+ Devices and Services (D&S). We offer horizontal services for builders and customer-facing capabilities that provides customers to address trust needs of our global customers and to ensure compliance.
Key job responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced bar-raising Senior Product Manager (Technical) who will drive innovation in privacy, accessibility, and trust solutions for our GenAI platforms. In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives between Alexa and D&S organizations, defining and executing product roadmaps for unprecedented GenAI challenges. You'll be responsible for building horizontal, builder-facing capabilities while maintaining an focus on customer experience. Collaborating with engineering, science, and product leaders across multiple organizations, you'll develop tech solutions using world-class GenAI technology. This position requires driving product strategy and execution in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment that demands rapid learning and adaptation.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with practical experience in large-scale systems. You should demonstrate a strong understanding of AI/GenAI challenges and opportunities, with a proven ability to build reliable, scalable, and high-performance products. Basic Qualifications
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
