The Sr Channel Marketing Manager will lead the efforts to improve T-Mobile's brand awareness, consideration, and sales conversion in the supported channel. She/He will help to craft the strategy to drive and effectively market and support Channel Partner specific offers, enable T-Mobile for Business offers for Channel Partners and ensure all requirements and processes are defined to effectively launch. In addition She/He will support creative content creation and messaging for social, PR and partner enablement materials. This role provides significant exposure and work with many areas of T-Mobile and with our customers, allowing future growth in other areas of sales and marketing. Job Responsibilities: Develop partner-led offers through collaboration with the partner channel ecosystem, OEMs, product and sales teams while also ensuring the channel sales partners are included and can participate in applicable TFB offers through the GTM process. Develops Partner Channel specific annual marketing plans and identify key milestones to implement 360 marketing plans and programs (Social, digital, PR, Partner and T-Mobile for Business offers in channel). Develops marketing program metrics/tracking measures, reports on progress and makes recommendations for process improvements. Works closely with functional teams to understand, influence and launch offers, requirements, and key messages. Utilize partner personas and profile data to develop communication strategy and delivery appropriate messaging to a network of partners and their employees. Ensure compliance to all T-Mobile legal, brand, and privacy policies and guidelines when launching new offers, communicating with Partners and utilizing social media platforms to expand brand and program awareness. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Education: Bachelor's Degree Marketing (Preferred) Work Experience: 7-10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Enablement experience with proven success in developing strategies, enabling and executing offers, messaging, and creative resources for Channel Partners * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):Yes DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Base Pay Range: $107,600 - $194,000 Corporate Bonus Target: 20% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
