Job Overview The Segment Marketing Manager joins a team focused on Small and Mid-Size Business (SMB) acqusition strategy and is responsible for optimizing the SMB segment approach, including identifying audience insights, developing and implementing demand gen programs, positioning offers, products and services across the SMB segment to drive acqusition goals. Plans, creates and produces customer-centric marketing campaigns, communications, and reports (as needed) to implement strategies and objectives. Responsible for developing business cases for value propositions and capabilties to be deployed, factoring in market dynamics, business and econimic patterns, competitive actions, retailer/channels etc. The role requires strong cross functional partnership, communication, and analyitical skills to align on planning, launches, tracking and analysis. Job Responsibilities: Develops and implements marketing plans and business cases for the communication and distribution of products and services. Partners with creative merchandising and advertising along with the agencies on creation of world-class advertising and collateral to develop best value propositions and overall marketing calendar elements. Partners with marketing planning and analysis on potential promotion/pricing strategies; business tracking and analysis; partners with Consumer Insights on segment understanding, and with the product management team on product roadmap. The role requires strong cross functional partnership across the enterprise; specifically with sales, product management and web strategy operations leadership to ensure flawless execution and to create one look and feel for T-Mobile for Business products and services. Responsible for identifying market size, preparation of business plans, and assists in pricing recommendations for the defined Marketing and service portfolio. Manages all marketing communication and distribution plans to include tracking of results. May lead/mentor less experience peers Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required) Work Experience: 4-7 years Marketing experience. 4-7 years Experience in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods, with a focus on Marketing, Product Management or Sales. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
