You will build alignments around features and implement design thinking with a deep understanding of how to marry the needs of our business customers with digital experiences that deliver. The successful candidate will guide user experience designers. Job Responsibilities: Lead and guide a small team of designers to ensure high-quality output, while also crafting and evolving design principles, guidelines and patterns. Produces user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI using design systems with minimal oversight. Has vast knowledge of benchmarking and competitive analysis. Ability to work hand and hand with project and product managers to plan, build and implement with success while balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Collaborates with Development, Research, Product Management, Design and Accessibility to maintain consistency across the digital ecosystem and address cross-application design challenges. Gives high-level design strategy across the company with collaborators doing weekly presentations with leadership. Provides feedback and direction to ensure intuitive and innovative solutions and drive consistency following established design principles, guidelines and patterns. Strong consulting/partnership/problem solving skills, identifies and works within an ambiguous environment. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience required. Work Experience: Required: 4 plus years related working experience. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
