Together, we won't stop! Job Overview Come join our Corporate Security operations team! In this role, you will work on a diverse range of small to mid-size projects in the areas of retail physical security, retail security systems and support of our Enterprise Security Operations Center through program and project management. Projects may be operational or technical in nature, internal and externally facing, and have implications and impacts associated with T-Mobile's Retail Corporate Security strategy across all relevant brands and channels. You will use standard project management methodologies, working proactively with cross-functional partners, external vendors and internal resources. Responsibilities: Manage and support Retail Physical Security projects and programs, coordinate integrator data request, collaborate with Asset Protection, follow-up on critical issues and resolve performance gaps. Coordinate efforts of cross-functional partners and indirectly manage suppliers to ensure project success and timely results. Conduct project meetings, set and manage expectations, scope, etc. Ensure project health and provide transparency to risks and issues that require partner support and action. Manage and support key back-office programs, to include store closure and relocation, systems break-fix, NAT-IP assignment, pre-quote systems data and ESOC policy, standards, SOPs and other operations. Evaluate and propose alternative approaches, provide creative and insightful input to business decisions. Drive process improvements, innovate and advance existing program / project methods and procedures, ensure process excellence. Analyze and organize information from specific content areas, identify key issues, assess impact, and draw reasonable conclusions. Evaluate and articulate recommendations, constraints, and opportunities. Contribute in decision-making processes. With periodic direction and guidance, use judgment and experience to employ appropriate methods and techniques to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities. Qualifications: College degree or equivalent work experience. 1-2 years of program or project management experience. Experience in corporate security, ESOC, or asset protection highly desired. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and focus on quality. Strong organization, planning, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Experience working with third parties and coordinating with vendors. Demonstrated ability to exercise proper judgment, time management and process improvement. Good writing skills and ability to present and communicate effectively. Proficient in software applications such as Visio, Word, and Excel. Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
