Amazon Principal Product Manager - Tech, Amazon Pickup and Return Points in Bellevue, Washington

Description

Join us and make history as we build a world-class pickup and return network across the globe. Amazon Hub Pickup and Return Points offers a convenient way for customers to pick up packages or complete returns directly from our physical network of lockers, counters, and third party pickup locations. Our network products range from free-standing, self-service lockers in commercial and residential settings, as well as walk-up, full-service counter locations in convenience stores, grocery stores, shopping centers, transit stations and others. Our business already offers a large global footprint and continues to expand further.

We are seeking a data-driven, customer-obsessed technical product leader to lead our in-ground locker hardware portfolio across commercial and residential settings. As a Principal Product Manager - Tech, you are responsible for defining and driving our product vision; working across product teams, engineering, UX design, and program management all around the world to deliver great experiences to our customers.

The target opportunity is massive, but the solutions are ambiguous and unconventional, so you will be leading colleagues and partners to clarify, simplify and prioritize. You will also navigate how best to adapt and scale the product across a range of distinct geographic markets where Amazon currently operates or plans to enter.

You will be supported by program, software, and partner teams to drive end-to-end product life cycle. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that owns the vision for our multi-country fleet.

A leader in this role will be comfortable leading and learning in a fast-paced product environment with multiple stakeholder teams. You have delivered significant impact in startup or ambiguous environments, understand the complexities of working on a high growth team, and can handle multiple projects while dealing with change. You can take ambiguous, complex problems and break them down into meaningful tasks. You have experience launching a product or service from end to end.

We care about your career growth: When you join Amazon and the Pickup and Return Points team, we will work with you to jointly craft a career plan that aligns to your goals. Whether your goals are to explore new technologies, take on bigger problems, or get to the next level, our team will support your journey.

Are you ready to join us?
