Office Clerk Bellevue, WA, USA Req #17401 Wednesday, June 19, 2024 What does an Office Clerk do at Swire Coca-Cola? As the Plant Office Clerk, you will provide administrative support to the plant manager, management team, employees, and visitors! You are a key contributor in improving employee morale by developing clear and engaging communications and by planning special events, meals and recognition activities. As a member of the Plant Management team, you will assist with generating reports, building presentations and performing data entry to support business needs. You will be the key contact for visitors to the plant and ensure a positive visit. You take on projects and tasks to support the overall success of the plant. Job Details: Schedule: Monday - Friday, regular business hours Responsibilities: Provide clerical support to plant manager and manufacturing plant Coordinate special events and meals Coordinate company meetings, including catering and audio-visual support Support visitors to the plant by planning space, meals, etc. Prepare employee communications Prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings/events Lead Event Planning Committee Coordinate and schedule meetings including conference room reservations Monitor and order office supplies and SWAG Take on special projects as assigned Provide data entry and filing support for management team Requirements: High School; GED or Diploma required Some college preferred 3 years' experience in an administrative or clerical position Proficient with Microsoft Office (Sharepoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Calendar, Teams) Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail Teamwork aptitude and professionalism Ability to collaborate with different leaders Strong time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Detail oriented with attention to accuracy Physical Requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and walking Occasional lifting of up to 30lbs Other details Pay Type Hourly Apply Now Bellevue, WA, USA Share this job: Swire Coca-Cola, USA is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer that participates in the E-Verify program as required by law.
