Together, we won't stop! Job Overview This role requires a keen eye for design, a passion for sustainability and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. Provide tactical, operational, and strategic support for assigned workplace design program(s). Work closely with members of the Workplace Design team, collaboratively, and cross-functionally with key stakeholders and leadership. Job Responsibilities: Serves as a key point of contact for assigned program(s) for all channels within T-Mobile; provides support and helps to drive continuous process improvement Supports communication with users, key stakeholders and leadership regarding program-related issues, enhancements, etc., as required Helps define, communicate and analyze reporting, metrics and measurements; assist in determining ROI and making recommendations to the business Conduct sustainability audits for materials and furniture to ensure compliance with our green initiatives. Work with team on documentation process. Organize and manage the materials (physical and digital) library, keeping it up-to-date with the latest sustainable resources. Assist in the development and review of signage guidelines to maintain consistency and brand integrity across all office spaces. Provide support for furniture-related inquiries, ensuring a seamless process from request to purchase order completion. Contributes to the strategic direction for assigned program(s) to continuously improve customer experience Supports design and deployment of user training related to assigned program(s) Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required) Work Experience: Up to 2 years work experience related to workplace design Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Microsoft Office Analytics Communication Program Management Business Analysis * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):No DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Washington Pay Range : $67,700.00 - $91,600.00 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
