Together, we won't stop! This role is responsible for the planning or fulfillment of assigned products in the Plan-to-Delivery forward logistics process. Working closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales and Finance, the planner will lead the process of developing and communicating an integrated sales forecast for assigned sales channel and products that supports the company's financial and customer service objectives. Responsibilities: Develop accurate baseline statistical forecast. Develop accurate baseline midrange product mix forecast. - 10% Collects and documents quantifiable market intelligence from business partners, and incorporates into baseline demand forecast. - 10% Integrate new product launch and end of life plan into demand forecast. - 10% Partner with Marketing, Channel Managers, store and customer's Replenishment Planners to communicate demand signal. Drive the Demand Review Process with Sales and Marketing. - 10% Root cause identification of process breaks. Development and implementation of process improvements. - 10% Synchronize customer's assortment planning data. - 10% Development of reporting that will aid in daily / weekly analysis and strengthen short-term/long-term forecast accuracy. - 10% Stratify customer / product and create planning models. - 10% Integrate new product launch and end of life plan into demand forecast. - 10% Test soundness of demand plan assumptions based on history. - 10% Qualifications: 2-4 years supply chain experience Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Business, or related field Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Supply Chain Management (Required) Forecasting (Required) Microsoft Excel (Required) Communication (Required) Analytics (Required) Cross Functional Relationships (Required) Sales Operations (Preferred) Supply Chain (Preferred) Wireless (Preferred) #LI-Corporate * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):No DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Washington Pay Range : $97,200.00 - $131,500.00 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
