HD Mechanic (spare), Belledune, New Brunswick
Interfor is seeking energetic and enthusiastic team players to join our team as a HD Mechanic (spare) in Belledune.
What You’ll Do
Work in a safe and efficient manner while following all safety rules and regulations.
Complete regular and preventative maintenance on site equipment including forklifts, loaders, trucks, etc.
Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems, using hand and power tools.
Test and repair equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications.
Service attachments and working tools blades, ploughs, winches, and buckets.
What You Offer
Certification in heavy duty mechanics or equivalent experience. Red Seal HD Mechanic, or equivalent ticket would be an asset.
Able to troubleshoot and repair mobile equipment hydraulic systems and electric/electronic systems.
Work in and around environmentally sensitive work situations.
Working knowledge of regulatory legislation.
Work well within a multi-functional team setting.
Able to work in all weather conditions.
Able to work day shift and night shift
