Qualcomm is seeking an experienced sales manager to drive the business and strategy cooperation with China IoT companies.The ideal candidates will have a strong track record in growing a business, familiarity and senior level connection with China IoTcompanies, and out-of-the-box thinking capability to create and implement new business models. The candidate will work with product marketing, business unit, BD and customer engineering teams at Qualcomm, along with ecosystem partners, to advocate and drive new Qualcomm technologies into our customers, to match customer opportunities with product requirements, and untimely drive adoptions of Qualcomm products and solutions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of overall semiconductor especially SoC experience; with relevant Sales and Business Development experience. With project management and technical presales experiences are plus.

• 5+ years of sales management experience.

• Strong industry connection in IOT, AI, industry PC, and edge compute.

• Able to work across multi-functions/multi-individuals to achieve desired results.

• Excellent communication skills – must be able to speak fluently in Mandarin and English.

• Analytical thinker with a sales mentality, as well as analytical ability and a proven ability to execute strategy.

• Unable to work under pressure.
