Description and Requirements

Job Descriptions:

  1. Lead Lenovo Global Innovation Center (GIC) level 3 years business growth plan & STAMP and business execution tracker.

  2. As GIC focal, lead GIC level Business Management System (BMS) management and focal to Ecommerce team.

  3. Lead the virtual team and war room across GIC business units to have end-end business, products and marketing plan.

  4. Drive the overall GIC business results by collaboration with Ecommerce head-quarter and regional execution & Fupan.

  5. Streamline the overall GIC products customer journey, enlarge the conversion rate with customer engagement holistic view.

  6. Build incentive program and drive DG program from product perspective, uplift all the product related deliverables (image/video...)

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above on web- commerce, marketing or related fields.

  2. 5 years of experience in e-Comm operations, with a proven track record of successfully managing web platforms and teams.

  3. Strong understanding of PC market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.

  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and guide team members to achieve business goals.

  5. Proficient in using business analytics tools to monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior, and make data - driven decisions.

  6. Good communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross - functional teams, including back-end function team and vendors."
