Job Description
The Pool Bar back will be responsible for providing the guests with a comforting and relaxing environment; maintaining the pool area in a clean and inviting manner. Create a positive atmosphere while engaging with guests and fellow associates.
Responsibilities
Enthusiastic greeting of guests by name when possible
Consistent walk through of the pool area to ensure cleanliness and tidiness at all times
Ensure all pool chaises are in a clean orderly fashion/run linens to laundry
Inspect entire pool area for cleanliness including washrooms
Assist in serving guests with food requests
Must be able to work outside during high temperature weather
Re-supply bar supplies
Qualifications
Must be able to operate micros and radio communications
Must be able to effectively communicate with all associates and guests in a positive manner
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Assist in other departments as needed
Attend monthly departmental meetings
