Job Title: General Production Worker $16+HR

Job Description

Seeking a diligent General Production Worker to join our team with a starting pay of $16.00/hr. This full-time position operates in the first shift, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The role involves starting each day with a team meeting to discuss weekly goals and quotas, handling work orders, using microscopes and hand tools for coating tasks, and performing light assembly tasks including wire stripping, sanding, bonding, etching, and stamping. Additionally, the role requires using a computer to log production data and performing visual inspections to ensure the accuracy of finished work.
