Accounting Associate - Walton Hills, Ohio - Job 24-00463 Salary Range: $57k - 62k Permanent Position with Benefits Walton Hills, Ohio area company is seeking to hire an Accounting Associate REQUIREMENTS • High School Graduate (BA in Accounting is preferred) • Accounting experience with ERP (Sage experience is preferred) • Accounts payable coding, input freight invoicing, reconciling expense reports, • Set up vendor contractor documentation (W-9 & 1099) • Past experience assisting in payroll, accounts receivable, general ledger, and administrative duties • Reconciling payments, billing, coding, monthly balancing, reviewing credit card balances • Track and generate payroll, accounting analysis and reconciliation, time collection, time off requests... • Accounts receivable posting • General ledger research analysis and problem solving • Filing • 3+ years' experience in Accounting • $1000 signing bonus Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
