Belcan is seeking a knowledgeable Maximo Specialist to work on-site in Beavercreek, OH. This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize and expand your Maximo expertise while supporting our team.
Job Duties:
Provide daily support within Maximo CMMS software, updating the system to current standards
Report on the current state of business
Create and modify existing work scopes
Lead sessions with technicians to develop preventive maintenance tasks for equipment
Facilitate sessions using provided lists, no prior knowledge required
Create training materials and conduct one-on-one training sessions with technicians
Load jobs and tasks, create work packages, and perform administrative functions within Maximo
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and maintenance services
Knowledge of Lock Out Tag Out and electrical safety
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
Willingness to learn new software with limited support
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Flexibility regarding work time, days, and a hybrid work schedule
Legal authorization to work in the US
Desired Skills (Not Required):
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
