ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a potential Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, OH. This potential role will be critical in supporting the Air Force Financial Systems Office. Join us and be part of our mission to make a difference!

SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Documenting business processes, developing standards, and creating and overseeing project schedules.

  • Creating effective project communication for all stakeholders, to include C-suite and leadership level reports.

  • Facilitating change management.

  • Interpreting and translating end user use cases to requirements.

  • Verify software and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) products meet functional requirements.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or at least seven (7) years of related business analytics or software testing experience.

  • Experience documenting and/or designing business processes and workflows.

  • Understand technical discussions to document, analyze, and provide solutions.

  • Investigate and perform root-cause analysis to resolve issues.

  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Exceptional organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines independently, as well as part of a team.

  • Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and have the ability to obtain a favorable National Agency Check Investigation (NACI) clearance.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Awareness of Air Force financial management, appropriations, or budget processes.

  • Understanding of Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V).

  • Knowledge of Power App and SharePoint.

  • Experience using graphical modelling tools such as Visio or similar to depict process flows.

  • Experience with agile development and project scope management.

  • Ability to evaluate success rate and customer experience of delivered products.

  • Familiarity with UiPath, RPA, AI tools, and similar products.

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $90,000.

Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree’s yearly performance.
