Position Summary Information
Job Summary/Basic Function
About This Role:
Assist with the Financial administration of all externally funded federal, state, private and local contracts/grants and internally funded research enhancement grants. Duties include monthly grant billing, receivables management, grants document review, and other tasks as assigned. Assist grant recipients with budgeting and expenditure guidelines. Prepare and/or assist with grant accounting entries. Prepare quarterly ID spread and Time & Effort Reporting.

Establish grant funds
Quarterly IDC spread; Time & Effort Reporting’
Assist with Annual Financial Report

Minimum Qualifications
Associate Degree in Business related field
3 – 5 years accounting support, experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been demonstrated.
Accounting Degree, experience with federal grants, familiarity with CFR part 200 (Uniform Guidance), grant administrative requirements, cost principles and audit requirements
