This position is for a Food & Beverage -- Steward with a company in Bay St. Louis, MS.
Summary: Responsible for the upkeep of all dishes and trash.
Duties and Responsibilities: Excellent internal/external guest service; Scrape and clean dishes, silverware and glassware by hand or automatic dishwasher; Wash pots, pans and trays; Sweep and mop kitchen floors; Responsible for removal of all trash from kitchen areas; General all-purpose cleaning and sanitizing of dish room; Other reasonable duties as assigned.
