ManpowerGroup Multicraft Maintenance Technician in Bay Minette, Alabama
Our client, a large manufacturer located in Bay Minette, AL is seeking a Multicraft Maintenance Technician to join the team. As a Multicraft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, emergency /breakdowns maintenance as well as following all safety rules, policies and practices. The ideal candidate will have tenure, industry experience and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Multicraft Maintenance Technician
Location: Bay Minette, AL
Pay Rate Range: $27hr-$38hr
Shift: 12 hr. 2-2-3 , 2 week rotating shift. 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am start times.
What’s the Job?
Performing preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring wear, measuring positions, repositioning components and observing operations to determine proper functions
Performing emergency/breakdown maintenance as necessary to support plant operations
Exchanging motors, gearboxes, sheaves, sprockets, belts, chains, etc. with proper alignment upon assembly
Troubleshooting AC and DC drive systems to determine cause of faults or failures
Troubleshoot hydraulic systems controlled by switches or PLC’s
Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic systems controlled by switches or PLC’s
What’s Needed?
3-5 years of experience in a Multicraft Maintenance Technician capacity within a production/ manufacturing environment
General Millwright experience (preferred)
