Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will be responsible for working on a variety of machinery including CNC machining, mills, lathes, and grinders, . Your role involves a blend of mechanical and electrical repairs, encompassing both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks. Key responsibilities include replacing ball screws, bearings, and belts, repairing oil leaks, spindle repairs, and troubleshooting PLCs. You will work with 480 Volt, Three Phase, Motors and Wiring and will be engaged in mechanical and electrical tasks, each comprising about 50% of your duties.

This is a fully on-site position in Battle Creek, Michigan.
Work Environment
The work environment is in an automotive company specializing in high-level CNC Machining. The facility is approximately 600,000 square feet with about 140 machines, operating across three shifts with a workforce of roughly 400 people. Be prepared for a fast-paced setting that becomes very hot in the summer and carries the typical smells of oil and grease.
