Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Three years of experience or training in clerical work.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Examples of Work
Clerical and Administrative Support:
Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel proficiently to create, edit, and manage documents and spreadsheets.
Draft, proofread, and send professional emails and correspondence.
Maintain and update licensing records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Public Interaction & Customer Service:
Assist applicants and licensees with inquiries related to licensing requirements and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Address concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
Organizational & Time Management Skills:
Maintain an efficient filing system for electronic and physical documents.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
