Care for 2 children in a private household. Provide support and guidance to parents in providing children with physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs. Assist with meal planning to ensure children's dietary needs are being met with nutritionally balanced meals and snacks. Organize play activities and outings. Manage children's schedules, including extra curricular activities, and appointments. Develop rules and appropriate boundaries to create safe playing and learning environment. Assist children in their development of health and personal habits such as eating, resting, and learning. Support children's emotional development by encouraging understanding of others and positive self-concepts.
Able to work some nights and weekends. Smoke-free, drug-free work environment.
Must Have: PEDIATRIC FIRST AID/CPR/AED CERTIFICATION
