Job Title: Maintenance Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Maintenance Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the maintenance operation and cleanliness of our facility. This role involves routine maintenance, repairs, and ensuring the proper upkeep of common areas, both indoor and outdoor, in accordance with our established guidelines and standards.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including assisting with equipment and systems maintenance.
Manage inventory and supplies, handle waste management, and maintain cleanliness in common areas.
Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and take appropriate actions.
Conduct building cleaning operations in accordance with our cleaning standards.
Monitor common areas, including parking and green areas, to ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and adherence to established guidelines.
Perform landscaping and snow removal to maintain the appearance, functionality, and safety of common areas.
Execute assigned work according to agreed workflows and in accordance with standard processes and safety guidelines.
Monitor and report any safety hazards, damages, or malfunctioning equipment and take appropriate action.
Report and record all recurring problems with the facility/equipment to ensure continuous improvement.
Essential Skills
Experience as a maintenance technician with skills in repair and preventive maintenance.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance repair.
Basic electrical knowledge.
Ability to work Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm, with some additional hours as required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
GED or High School Diploma required.
3 years of recent relevant employment experience.

Work Environment
The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings, requiring maintenance of common areas such as parking and green spaces. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm, with some additional hours as required. Safety and adherence to established processes and guidelines are paramount in our operations.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
