U.S. Marine Corps LEAD MANAGEMENT ANALYST in Barstow, California

Summary You will serve as a LEAD MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the MARINE DEPOT MAINTENCE COMMAND PRODUCTION PLANT BARSTOW of MCLC ALBANY GA. Responsibilities You will serve as the lead management analyst for the Business Division, Manpower Branch. You will direct and furnishes guidance and assistance to heads of organizational elements in the development and maintenance of the Manpower Program. You will direct the development and implementation of MDMC Manpower Program. Develops, installs and maintains an effective system of manpower control to integrate workload with present and future personnel requirements. You will negotiate effectively with management to accept and implement recommendations, where the proposals involve substantial agency resources. You will monitor implementation of accepted proposals, Plans, direct, coordinates, and evaluate the Manpower Programs for MDMC. You will advise and provide recommended course of action to the Commander/Deputy Commander on Manpower management Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: knowledge of mission, organization, and work processed of programs throughout the installation, including the major issues, process improvements and quality assurance, program goals and objectives, work processes, and administrative operations; Knowledge is applied in conducting studies/projects, analyzing findings, making recommendations, and implementing recommendations on substantive operating programs and knowledge of problem solving, fact-finding, and investigative techniques with skill in developing, analyzing, evaluating, and documenting facts.
