Your Role
The Air Logistics Specialist is responsible for generating and notifying the document required by the branch, in order to proceed with the delivery of the cargo.
Your Responsibilities
Learn how to develop the processes into the company system, properly.
Attend to training.
Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.
Good communications skills.
Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process handled.
Achieve productivity and quality.
The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm 100% on-site
Your Skills and Experiences
High school diploma.
Experience in logistics is required.
Intermediate English level – written and oral.
Intermediate Excel level.
Typing skills (25wpm).
Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.
Quality oriented.
Team Player.
