Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for executing preventive maintenance (PM) work orders efficiently. You will organize parts and tools before PM, inspect and replace mechanical components, and complete various project tasks including welding, cutting, grinding, machine installation, and building maintenance.
Responsibilities
Execute PM work orders assigned by the maintenance planner.
Organize parts and tools before PM to ensure efficient work order execution.
Inspect and replace mechanical components such as gearboxes, chains, belts, bearings, pneumatic and hydraulic components, and drive assemblies.
Complete project work including welding, cutting, grinding, machine installation, organizing and inventorying parts, moving machinery, and building maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills for work order and parts management
Strong Electrical and PLC troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting
3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
3 years experience with industrial electrical
1 year of experience with Allen Bradley Control Logix 5000PLC's is preferred

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $67600.00/yr.
