ORBIS Corporation Maintenance Technician in Bardstown, Kentucky

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Repair and maintain machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
2. Perform routine preventative maintenance on processing equipment, processing support equipment, utility support equipment, and facility related machinery and equipment.
3. Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts, fabricate parts when needed, adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.
4. Follow blueprints, specifications, diagrams, and service manuals to repair and maintain equipment.
5. Repair broken parts using brazing, soldering, and welding equipment and hand tools.
6. Prepare maintenance reports, document, and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs using EAM.
7. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).
8. Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification

Technical Training program. The program consists of online modules, lab work and hands-on application
