Join our Raw Materials Team in Regulatory Affairs, where we use technology to turn regulatory information into meaningful data. This crucial role involves performing global compliance assessments, encoding and maintain the data into our database for Perfumery raw materials enabling the determination of compliance for products developed within Perfumery & Beauty. Your key responsabilities
Ensure the global regulatory qualification of alternative suppliers for Perfumery raw materials in alignment with company standards and global regulations, supporting procurement and business continuity.
Conduct global compliance assessments for new Perfumery raw materials, ensuring accurate data integration into the global regulatory database.
Lead and contribute to the enhancement of qualification processes and the development of digital tools to streamline regulatory activities.
Provide best-in-class regulatory support regarding the regulatory status of Perfumery raw materials to key stakeholders, including Regulatory Affairs Business Unit, P&B, Formula Management, Procurement, Quality. Perform detailed regulatory assessments to determine potential impacts resulting from changes.

You bring
Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or higher) in chemistry, biology, food science, chemical engineering, or any other related scientific field or fragrance/cosmetics regulation.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, with a strong understanding of fragrances, cosmetics, or chemical regulations, safety data sheets, and database systems. Strong experience with regulatory data management.
Communicates effectively through verbal, non-verbal, and written skills, adapting messaging to suit both technical and non-technical audiences.
Service and result-oriented; forward-looking and creative thinker; hands-on mentality, data driven with high attention to detail; a sense of curiosity and perseverance; proficient in MS Office; fluent in English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in any additional language will be considered an asset.
