What You’ll Do:
Welcome Guests with a Smile: Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to make every guest feel valued.
Craft Signature Cocktails: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences.
Personalized Recommendations: Offer drink suggestions and pairings based on guests' preferences and menu selections.
Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure the bar area, equipment, and glassware are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Knowledge of Menu and Ingredients: Stay up to date with the beverage menu, daily specials, and promotions to assist guests effectively.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Handle Payments: Process payments accurately and efficiently using the P.O.S. system.
Follow Safety and Hygiene Standards: Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for alcohol service and bar operations.
Assist with Opening and Closing Duties: Set up and break down the bar area and perform side work as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
A positive, service-oriented personality with a passion for mixology and guest satisfaction.
Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required.
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards.
Dependable attendance and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
Prior Experience: Previous experience in similar roles is highly desirable.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to actively listen, understand, and address concerns and questions from both coworkers and guests effectively.
T eam Player: A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to contribute positively to team success.
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and seamless communication in a diverse environment.
