Job Summary

Commercial Excellence & Pricing Manager responsible for implementation of strategic, tactical, and operational pricing initiatives. This role is also a liaison for the Commercial Leaders and Global Functions who will work closely with Business Excellence, Finance team, Head of Commercial (Sales and Marketing), Legal, Compliance, International Trade and Operational Pricing, and other relevant stakeholders to help improve operational effectiveness and corporate initiatives. This role also requires leading a variety of strategic initiatives, on-going internal deliverables to ensures the initiatives are completed in a timely and effective manner.

Responsibilities

Pricing Strategy :

• Develop pricing strategies that align with market dynamics and business objectives.

• Run business cases related to new/ updates pricing, commercial policy initiative/ updates, and changes in route to market for new situation.

• Coordinate in creating seasonal commercial offers and conducting pricing optimization and cost-benefit analysis.

• Coordinate with Marketing and Financial Team in developing price authorization for new product launch and/or existing product re-pricing.

• Track performance during and post the program against KPI to understand the effectiveness of ad-hoc/seasonal commercial offers to help in better decision making for similar future campaigns. Sharing information and suggestion to Leadership Team.

• Conduct Transaction Monitoring/Testing in the areas related to Pricing & Commercial Policy or some other areas as assigned.

• Work closely with International Trade and Operational Pricing

Business Partner :

• Provide strategic, operational and communications supporting cross-functional team to enhance business objectives clarity, engagement, and organizational efficiency.

• Key liaison / facilitator with commercial/global functions and other business units to gain alignment and support; coordinate with the other regional/local cross functional colleagues to identify and implement assigned projects.

• Supports planning, implementation and management of Thailand priorities and projects including operational excellence related initiative.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• MBA or equivalent degree; position requires at least 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or like function with demonstrated success working with the commercial organization.

• Strong experience in coordinating and working with Management level especially Commercial Lead and Functional Leads to develop and execute projects.

• Strong experience in project management &/or specific experience in commercial operations

Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills

• Good communications skills, both written and verbal and fluent in English

• Good presentation skills

• Proficient in MS Office, in particular Excel (advance level) and power-point

• Structured ways of working

• Adaptability, excels in a fast paced and dynamic environment, calm under pressure

• Strong inter-personal, collaborative, motivational and influencing skills

• Ability to manage complex situations in a matrix organizational structure through the participation in or leadership of cross-functional teams, together with strong team membership skills.

• Comfortable working with Senior Leaders; competence in developing senior leadership presentations

• Project and program management skills
