About the Senior Graphic Designer role:
In this role, you’ll:
Create captivating visuals and animations for digital platforms
Design concepts and layouts that balance art, copy, and brand identity
Develop high-quality, on-brand graphics with adherence to project timelines
Execute retouching and image manipulation with attention to detail
Manage multiple design projects while ensuring they meet quality standards and budget
Stay current on design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
Collaborate with the team to align with each company's mission and brand standards
Other related duties, as assigned
What you bring to the table:
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
A strong sense of digital branding strategy and an understanding of design’s role in driving growth
Proven experience in creating and executing graphic digital campaigns
Background in an agency setting, handling diverse clients across industries such as IT, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and more
A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or Communications (preferred)
Excellent communication skills and an ability to clearly articulate creative ideas
Self-motivation and a proactive approach to learning and solving creative challenges
