Primary Responsibilities:

• Acquire data from various sources internally/externally to the target ecosystem

• Work with business users/other onshore stakeholders, understand requirements and document appropriately

• Understand business requirements, translate into tech specifications, and produce solution, estimate, and design

• Create and maintain SQL scripts and packages using SSIS

• Design develop and implement Database schema, Tables and Views

• Design, develop and transform the data to load into the data warehouse

• Develop SQL/ETL code per technical specifications and business requirements

• Data modeling using unstructured and structured data

• Develops and maintains documentation as needed

• Work with Architects and review the approach/design/code

• Administration, configuration, and support and subject area like datamarts

• Processes security requests

• Follows organization change management and version control procedures

• Manages and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors

• Impact of work is most often at the local level

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience

• Total Experience - 12+ years

• 10+ years of Data Integration/ETL/SQL development experience, preferably in healthcare domain

• In-depth experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Power BI or Tableau

• Experience in complex SQL development leveraging analytics functions

• Experience in Star Schema / Dimensional Modeling to support data warehouse environments

• Experience in optimizing complex SQL/ETL processes

• Ability to create complex scripts to align with defined business requirements

• Actively collaborate and share responsibilities with other teams including mentoring junior team members

• Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
