Job Purpose
Subject matter expert role. Project manager manages partly or completely simple and low complex media projects associated with Print & Online
Key Responsibilities
Communication & setup consulting commercial market. Requesting project specification sheet
Feasibility check & cost calculation
Set up in project administration tool & project-Masterfile
Briefing panel & requirements with R+R team
Consulting best project setup & ensure best approach for clipping material (in-house vs. third party)
Creation of inputting sheet including characteristics and instructions for analysts
Management of analysts (Briefing & Supervision)
Quality checks & implementation rate & ratings provided by R+R team
Reporting & communication commercial market, troubleshooting
Identification of project relevant publications and application of key parameters according to project specification provided by Operations team
Documentation of errors, training of analysts and optimization project setup
Product Management
Key Skills/Requirements
Well structured and organized
Accurate and detail oriented work style
Good English skills
Good communication skills
Experience in project management preferred
Requirements
Bachelor or Master degree
Knowledge of all kind of Microsoft / Google office tools
Good understanding of sports business
Basic knowledge of typical project processes, methodology, tools
