Amazon Program Manager II, CS SDS Fixed Field in Bangalore, India

Description

This role serves as a global program leader responsible for creating and leading a program to build Back up Workgroup and Cross skills across Shipping and Delivery Support (SDS). This role has significant customer, quality and cost impact . The program manager will be single threaded Point of Contact to drive the planning and execution of these skills by collaborating with various teams like Capacity Planning, Workflow, Operations, Human Resources, Tech Team, Training etc.

The candidate for this position will possess experience designing and implementing effective mechanisms, and will create complete transition plan and set up cadence with all stakeholders involved to drive completion. The Candidate will build a performance governance for data visibility/ dashboards / audit coaching mechanism.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
