Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team as a PeopleSoft Finance Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, and support of the PeopleSoft Finance module within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources to ensure successful delivery of PeopleSoft Finance solutions and support our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of PeopleSoft Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Cash Management.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate business needs into system solutions, and provide expert guidance on PeopleSoft Finance functionality and best practices.

  • Design and configure PeopleSoft Finance modules to meet business requirements, ensuring adherence to industry standards and internal policies.

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end PeopleSoft Finance implementation projects, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.

  • Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and stability of PeopleSoft Finance solutions.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, guiding them in the execution of tasks, troubleshooting, and problem resolution related to PeopleSoft Finance.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to coordinate system integrations, data migrations, and enhancements for PeopleSoft Finance.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for user support, issue resolution, and troubleshooting related to PeopleSoft Finance modules.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and enhancements in the PeopleSoft Finance domain, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, user guides, and training materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications in PeopleSoft Finance are a plus.

  • Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Finance Lead or similar role, with expertise in implementing and supporting PeopleSoft Finance modules.

  • Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Cash Management.

  • In-depth understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and business practices.

  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing PeopleSoft Finance modules, including setup, configuration, and workflow design.

  • Experience leading end-to-end PeopleSoft Finance implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and go-live support.

  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within PeopleSoft Finance.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects on schedule.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
