Learning Operations Specialist

Summary :

This position is an integral part of the Global HR Business Services and Operations Team and is part of learning operations supporting client groups in Asia Pacific (employees, managers and HR colleagues)

This role will represent APAC HR Business Services and Operations on various Global HR projects and initiatives as outlined in each fiscal year objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Support end to end delivery of Instructor Led Sessions (ILS) (course set up, course marketing, enrollment tracking, on-day training logistics, course evaluation, reporting, vendor & PO management)

  • Manage annual training calendar and manage / track activities per standard operating procedure within SLA

  • Attend to learning and development enquiries from employees, Managers and HR business partners– support administrative requests, reporting and delivering to agreed upon services

  • Coordinate target audience identification and validation process when required

  • Provide on-site support for Instructor Led Sessions when required

  • Preferable:

  • Projects - participate and/or lead country or even regional projects successfully

  • Manage adhoc templates loads w/in LMS

  • Track and report progress to objective and deliverables and suggest and execute changes as needed

  • Liaise with cross cultural teams learning teams to manage end to end logistics

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience with a Learning Management System (SABA, Cornerstone, Workday etc.)

  • Communication skills – concise and precise, smile in the voice, good listening, conflict assessment/management

  • Strong MS skills – especially excel - manage mega spreadsheets/workbooks, example 80 columns and 1000 lines – sort, filter, VLookup, Pivots, compare, merge, audit/scrubs; create tables from excel to ppt

  • Preferable: HR experience in a supporting/admin capacity with a HR business partner in case management and program management – examples – L&D, onboarding, employee separation, competency assessments

  • 3-5 years’ Experience
