Job Description:
The IT Business Analyst designs, develops and implements moderately complex IT business systems. Provides user and application support for escalated IT issues.
Performs requirements gathering, system design, prototyping, system integration testing, system installation and deployment of business system(s). (Ex., Oracle and other core business systems). May specialize in a large, specific program/system or provide general support for a wide variety of programs/systems.
Designs, develops and implements IT architecture projects. Executes project tasks against an established project schedule, reviews ongoing project status with IT management and identifies unexpected key events. Maintains client relationships.
Provides user and application support of escalated IT issues as defined by the group’s ITIL processes. Consults with other ITS groups, provides business system knowledge and expertise as required
May supervise the work of junior staff on project work. Provide advice in area of expertise outside of the business analysis group.
Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree. 6 years of related experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 6 years of applicable functional software experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Highly proficient with PL/SQL.
• Should have completed at least one Fusion HCM implementation project.
• Experience in planning, testing for upgrades, preparation of test plans, test scripts, and developing test cases.
• We are also looking for a candidate with deep understanding of ETL processes, Data warehousing and their significance in data integration.
• Experience in extracting and analysing data from various sources such as databases and flat files, applying business logic and data validation techniques to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter, including mapping design, workflow development, session configuration, and transformations for data cleansing, aggregation, and loading.
• Experienced in managing and analysing database schemas using tools like Oracle Toad, ensuring consistency and optimisation of database structures.
