Main Functions:
Responsible for all aspects of drawings/ Information update in SPEL based on Red Line Markup received
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Creation of Plant Items in Electrical Index and Enter the required properties.
• Associate Custom Symbols to the Plant Items
• Making Electrical Cable Connections
• Drafting Single Line Diagrams using Composite Method.
• Register and Generate Reports like Data Sheets, Cable Schedule.
• Customizations of symbols as per IEC standards and label creations
• Report generation like Cable list, Equipment List etc.
• Drawing update in AutoCAD
• Quality Check of Smart Plant Electrical Document like SLD, Datasheets, Cable Schedule, Load List
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Strong written & communication skills as well as routine interactions with Project teams.
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Electrical Circuits, Legends, and symbols
• Knowledge about markup standards for Addition, Deletion & Update
• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical engineering or specialized courses in drafting is desirable with preference for technical disciplines
• Working experience on different versions of SmartPlant Electrical (SPEL)
• 2+ years of working experience in different type of drawings update or creation
