Roles & Responsibilities:

• 1. Develop and execute Quality Surveillance plans, programs, procedures and tools tomanage Procurement Quality across multiple project(s)2. Provide Quality discipline input to the Project Organization Plan and manage staffing ofQuality Source Inspection personnel3. Prepare and maintain Project Quality Plan, Surveillance Programs, quality proceduresand tools and ensure their successful implementation across the project4. Interface and coordinate work activities between Quality and other Project disciplines5. Conduct Project-specific Quality training and facilitate project Quality workshops6. Support functional and project related quality efforts, as directed7. Conduct oversight of Contractors’ implementation of their Quality program andcompliance with project requirements8. Maintain ongoing communication with assigned Quality Coordinators (i.e., ProcurementQuality Coordinator, Site Quality Coordinator)9. Perform Procurement Quality Surveillance and source inspection oversight10. Perform Construction Quality Surveillance of EPC construction activities11. Manage resolution of quality issues utilizing approved deficiency reporting and trackingprocedures12. Monitor and report quality performance of the contractor and Project Team13. Coordinate and report Project quality metrics14. Participate in project audit program as directed15. Participate in Supplier Evaluations (Technical) and Cold Eyes Reviews16. Assist with surveillance activities as directed:• Participate in assessments and verifications• Coordinate review and approval of Contractor Quality deliverables• Provide general oversight of engineering, procurement and construction activities17.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Familiar with Source Inspection Process: • Handling technical queries from TPI/Agencies, • Review of inspection report/release and provide inputs to customer as required , • Review Of NC, align on Root Cause, Correction and Corrective Action with all parties, • Familiar with inspector assessment/selection process

• Use technical expertise and experience in areas such as certification, construction,engineering, inspection, and materials to assist project quality efforts as directed

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science from a recognized university scoring morethan 70% or equivalent CGPA 2. Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in responsible roles in Quality Management andcoordination of quality surveillance / inspection activities for projects in theO&G/Petrochemical/Refinery Industry 3. Qualification / certification in auditing and in inspection disciplines is preferred4. Experience with auditing quality management systems is preferred.5. Experience with Contractors and Suppliers of materials, equipment and fabricationsinvolved in production facilities projects6. Experience working in Quality Management and coordination of quality activities forprojects in the Oil and Gas Industry7. Preferred experience with project mechanical completions processes anddocumentation for operations turnover8. Must be proficient in common PC software (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)9. Read, write and speak fluent English10. Strong leadership and communication skills
