Job Title: Multi-Family Superintendent
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strong superintendent to help close out a large mixed-use office building project in Baltimore City. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in large Interior TI projects. Responsibilities include running subcontractors in the field, creating and managing schedules, completing daily reports and meetings for the client team, maintaining the project budget, and ordering materials. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A GC/ Large Mixed-Use Office Building

This is a fully on-site position in Baltimore, Maryland.
Work Environment
The role requires working on-site with the project team. The project site is large with a lot of ongoing work. While supporting the Baltimore office, you will also report to leadership in Virginia Beach.
