Job Title: Maintenance Technician II - 3rd Shift
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician II for the 3rd shift to assist with maintaining an industrial laundry facility. The role involves repairing, maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting industrial equipment, systems, and components. This includes washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems, and boilers.
Responsibilities
Repair, maintain, install, and troubleshoot industrial equipment, systems, and components.
Perform preventive/predictive maintenance.
Conduct various welding activities.
Perform boiler chemical testing and make necessary chemistry adjustments.
Resolve safety concerns promptly.
Perform indoor and outdoor housekeeping duties.
Maintain inventory supplies.
Prepare and maintain maintenance records.
Identify, evaluate, and monitor work performed by inside and outside service companies.
Respond to emergency alarms.
Mentor less experienced technicians.
Essential Skills
5+ years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment.
Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints.
HVAC experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Welding experience (preferred).
Boiler experience (preferred).

You will work in a clean environment that is somewhat production-like due to the washing of clothes and uniforms. Maryland and Virginia have the largest processing plants and often implement new technologies first, making them pilot markets.
