Robert Half Call Center Specialist in Baltimore, Maryland

Description We are looking for a diligent Call Center Specialist to join our team in the credit union industry, based in Baltimore, Maryland. This role involves handling inbound calls from members and providing outstanding customer service. You will be part of an environment that values excellent communication, data entry, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from members and respond to their inquiries promptly and accurately

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing members' needs and concerns

• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring that all member information is accurate and up-to-date

• Follow up on member inquiries, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely manner

• Utilize your knowledge of banking and finance to provide informed responses to member inquiries

• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel in your daily tasks

• Utilize your call center experience to maintain high customer service standards

• Apply your problem-solving skills to effectively handle and resolve member issues

• Leverage your experience in banking, finance, credit union, or loan servicing to enhance service delivery. Requirements • Proven experience in a Call Center or similar customer service role

• Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service practices and principles

• Demonstrable knowledge of Call Center Metrics

• Ability to handle Inbound Call Center inquiries effectively

• Previous experience in a Call Center environment is highly desirable

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain a calm demeanor

• Proficient in relevant computer applications and software

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality customer service

• Knowledge of the Credit Union industry is a plus.
