Worcester Eisenbrandt (WEI) a construction company specializing in Historic Restoration is seeking you, the experienced
Assistant Project Manager.
Some of the position responsibilities are:
Interact with inspectors, contractors and clients
assist in the oversight of multiple construction projects
assist in the reports and following deadlines, scope of work and budgets
visit construct sites
allocation of sites equipment and supplies
assist in the supervision staff carpenters, masons and laborers
assist in sourcing sub-contractors
Position Requirements
3-5 years experience in commercial construction
Previous construction management experience
Historic preservation knowledge is a plus
Excel software experience
comfortable with heights
