Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution
Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal warehouse operational policies and procedures
Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations
Communicate with drivers to ensure efficient delivery
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
Oversee all warehouse employees, including creating schedules, providing coaching and mentoring, training, and recruiting.
Job Specifications (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)
5 + years’ experience working in a warehouse environment.
2 + years’ supervisory experience overseeing two or more individuals
Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
Possess basic skills in MS Office Suite applications.
Possess forklift certification or be able to obtain certification quickly.
Background working in trades (i.e., Electrical, HVAC, etc.).
Must have the ability to have a flexible work schedule. There are intermittent demands for supporting after-hours and weekend work.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
